Who operates MarkEcho

MarkEcho is owned and operated by Crimson Insights Technologies LLP (“MarkEcho,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). MarkEcho provides trademark and app-store monitoring tools and enforcement workflow support for organizations and their authorized users.

Information we collect

We collect information that helps us provide, secure, and improve the service, including:

• Account information such as name, email address, login details, and communication preferences.
• Organization and workspace information, including team membership, roles, and settings.
• Trademarks, watch terms, jurisdictions, app-store targets, and other monitoring inputs submitted by users.
• Scan results, detections, support tickets, workflow actions, notices, comments, and activity data generated while using MarkEcho.
• Payment and subscription metadata if billing is enabled, such as plan, subscription status, invoices, and payment processor references.
• Analytics data such as usage events, device and browser information, pages viewed, approximate location derived from technical data, and referral information.

How we use information

• Provide, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot MarkEcho.
• Run scans, evaluate monitoring inputs, display detections, and support enforcement workflows.

• Understand usage, improve product quality, develop features, and measure performance.
• Protect MarkEcho, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce terms, and comply with legal obligations.

App-store and public data

MarkEcho may collect publicly available app listing data from app stores, search results, developer pages, or similar public sources for monitoring and detection. This data may include app names, descriptions, developer names, categories, screenshots or icons, store URLs, availability, and related metadata.

Analytics

We may use PostHog or similar product analytics tools to understand product usage, identify errors, improve user experience, and evaluate feature adoption. Analytics tools may process usage events, device and browser details, page views, and identifiers such as account or organization IDs where enabled.

Cookies and local storage

MarkEcho uses authentication and session cookies to keep users signed in and protect accounts. Where enabled, we may also use analytics cookies or browser local storage to understand product usage and remember preferences.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to operate MarkEcho, including:
